By using Steeltown AI's website or subscribing to any of our products (SteelDesk, SteelDocs, SteelSite, or any Enterprise service), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Steeltown AI ("Steeltown AI", "we", "us"), including our website at steeltownai.com and all associated products. By accessing our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation.
Steeltown AI provides AI-powered business products on a subscription basis, including:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Canadian Dollars (CAD) as selected at signup. All subscriptions include a one-time setup fee charged at the commencement of service. By subscribing, you authorise Steeltown AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days written notice to . Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. One-time setup fees are non-refundable as they cover work already completed.
Annual subscribers who cancel may receive a prorated refund on unused complete months, minus a 10% early termination fee, at Steeltown AI's discretion. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
Steeltown AI will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete product setup within the timeframes communicated at onboarding (typically 48 hours for SteelDesk and SteelDocs; timelines for SteelSite depend on design scope). Timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by client failure to provide required access, credentials or approvals are not our responsibility.

You may not use Steeltown AI's services to: violate any applicable law; transmit spam or unsolicited communications; infringe on third-party intellectual property; engage in deceptive, fraudulent or harmful practices; or attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise exploit our proprietary systems.
All content, design, code and materials on our website are owned by Steeltown AI or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Custom deliverables created specifically for your business under a project engagement become your property upon full payment, subject to any licence terms specified in your Statement of Work.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties without consent. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship for a period of two years.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steeltown AI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved. AI-generated outputs are not a substitute for professional advice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hamilton, Ontario, unless either party elects to pursue claims in small claims court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
