The setup fee isn't for the software. It's for the configuration work — typically 20 to 40 hours depending on complexity.

No. Callers regularly ask if they're talking to a real person. The voice is natural, responsive, and handles interruptions naturally.

You also pick the voice during setup. Male, female, different accents and tones — whatever fits your brand.
The agent is trained to be honest about what it doesn't know. It will say something like: "I'm not sure about that — let me get a message to someone who can help. What's the best way to reach you?"
Then it captures the lead and sends it to you. You can also configure live transfer to a human for specific situations (emergencies, high-value questions, etc.).
Yes. You define the rules — for example, "transfer to me if they say 'emergency'" or "transfer to the shop line during business hours if they want a quote."
Transfers happen mid-call with a warm handoff. The agent tells the caller they're being transferred and to whom.
