🏆 Quarterly Bonus
Close 15 clients in any quarter and earn an extra $1,000 on top of your per-close commissions. Resets every quarter.
Example earnings
Close 4 AI Front Desk clients in a month and earn $1,000. Upsell one to the Website bundle and that same month pays $1,250. Hit 15 closes in a quarter, add the $1,000 quarterly bonus and you are at $5,750 for the quarter. Simple by design.
The Role
Identify dental clinics, medical offices, physiotherapy practices, optometrists and wellness businesses in Hamilton that are losing money on missed calls and poor follow-up. Show them how our AI Front Desk product fixes it immediately. The AI-powered website is the natural bundle for any clinic without a strong online presence, and it doubles your commission on that close.
What You Will Be Doing
Identifying and prospecting healthcare businesses in Hamilton and surrounding areas
Making first contact via walk-in, phone, or LinkedIn and booking short discovery calls
Running or co-running product demos with the Steeltown AI team
Following up consistently with the tools and resources we provide
Signing clients and handing off to our onboarding team
Tracking your pipeline in a simple shared CRM
What We Are Looking For
Comfortable walking into a clinic or business and asking to speak to the owner
1+ years of sales experience in any field (SaaS, insurance, real estate, medical devices all count)
Strong communicator who listens before pitching
Located in Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Burlington, or Grimsby area
Self-motivated, you do not need to be managed to make calls
Knowledge of healthcare or clinical environments is a strong plus, not required
Bilingual (English/French) is a bonus for reaching francophone clinics
